George Vossberg

Over the past 20 years, George Vossberg has enjoyed an outstanding career as a Commercial Lending Credit Officer. Currently, George Vossberg serves as a Loan Recovery Officer for the Scottsdale, Arizona-based New York Community Bank's AmTrust Bank Division, a position he has held since 2010. This places him in charge of a portfolio of substandard and non-accrual commercial credits. Mr. Vossberg also directs the bank's legal counsel on matters pertaining to litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy strategies, and loan restructuring negotiations. Since becoming involved with the company, Mr. Vossberg has completed many foreclosures on past due loans.

Before launching his career, George Vossberg earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University. He went on to receive his Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University, where he was awarded a lifetime membership into the Beta Gamma Sigma Scholastic Honor Society.

Upon receiving his MBA, George Vossberg accepted a position as an Account Executive and Senior Auditor for Security Pacific Business Credit Inc., which is now Bank of America. In 1989, Mr. Vossberg joined Community Bank as a Senior Commercial Credit Officer and Special Assets Officer. Four years later, he became a Credit Manager and Special Assets Officer for Bank of America. Then in 1999, Mr. Vossberg accepted a position as a Senior Credit Department Analyst for Harris Bank. After spending four years with the bank, he became a Commercial Underwriter for Bank One's Middle Market Banking Group. Then from 2004 until 2010, Mr. Vossberg served as the Vice President of First Financial Bank. Before assuming his current position, Mr. Vossberg spent several months in 2010 functioning as the Vice President of Goldwater Bank.

George Vossberg has been married for 27 years. He has two sons who are both attending college.
