Dr. George Yang has over 18 years of experience as a double-board-certified facial plastic surgeon in New York City. Operating from his boutique facial plastic surgery practice situated on the Upper East Side, Dr. Yang offers an exceptionally personalized surgical journey, underpinned by an unwavering commitment to excellence. Dr. Yang possesses a broad spectrum of expertise, with a particular focus on facelifts and neck lifts, alongside non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures like Botox and dermal fillers.

Holding dual board certifications in the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery, Dr. Yang belongs to an elite cadre of facial plastic surgeons who have dedicated six or more years of specialized training concentrated on the aesthetic and reconstructive facets of facial, nasal, cranial, and neck surgery.

Dr. Yang's academic journey began with a bachelor's degree in biology from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. He graduated with honors from Cornell University Medical College (now Weill Medical College of Cornell University) in New York. Subsequently, he successfully completed a rigorous otolaryngology-head – head and neck surgery residency program at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pennsylvania, during which he performed over 4,000 surgical procedures on the face, head, and neck region by his final year. Dr. Yang further honed his expertise through a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento, California.

Dr. Yang maintains active membership in prominent medical organizations, including the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, the New York Facial Plastic Surgery Society, the American Medical Association, the Medical Society of the State of New York, and the New York County Medical Society.
