Georgia Efraimidou

I am an English<>Greek technical translator, reviewer and localizer, Greek native speaker based in Athens, Greece.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and possess more than a decade of sales and project management experience, but my genuine love is translation. During my 16 years of employment as an account manager, project manager and translator/interpreter in the IT/Telecoms & design/construction industry, I have developed a wide range of skills and have built valuable project-oriented terminologies and termbases.

I have worked on international projects for clients and organizations such as: Apple, Google, Avast, Nokia, Samsung, Siemens, Cisco, Monster, Dell, Payoneer, NATO, Lockheed Martin International, the Greek Ministry of Defense, the Hellenic Air Force, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Hellenic Statistical Authority, the Hellenic Aerospace Industry, the National Meteorological Service, the Hellenic Foreign Trade Board.

I am a language lover and apart from Greek and English, I also speak French and Italian. My life is full of the things I love: my wonderful family, my beautiful cat Igloo, translation, reading, my barre-a-terre & ballet practice.
