A virtual assistant is an independent contractor who provides administrative services to clients while operating outside of the client's office. A virtual assistant typically operates from a home office, but is able to access the necessary planning documents, such as shared calendars, remotely. The services I offer could benefit a Real Estate Agent because I would be doing all of the things that the Agent would normally have to worry about themselves such as invoicing, bookkeeping, online marketing and social media assistance, transcription and meeting notes, etc. I have a very flexible schedule and will work with no supervision and will have tasks completed on time every time, and I am available to handle all kinds of tasks such as event planning, web design, etc. My rates are as follows:
Transcription $0.50/line
Data entry $15/hr
Content creation
(articles, newsletters, etc.) $1/word
Customer service $30/hr
Blog posting $5/post
Executive assistant $30/hr
