It's rare to join a company as a teenager, but even rarer to remain in the job three decades later whilst still continuing to love it! I've gone from Girl Friday, to Woman Owner and wouldn't change a thing...

I've been taking photos and setting up and co-ordinating photography and video shoots all my adult life and so there's not a lot I haven't seen or snapped during my career! I now know most of the UK's top photographers and videographers, whilst my experience means there are rarely times I struggle to find the perfect studio or location.

Sims Images is a small, but perfectly formed company that creates first class video, photo and print solutions. It's staffed by like-minded individuals who understand their craft, go the extra mile and deliver on time, on budget and with a smile - despite the occasional requirement for hellishly long days and/or nights if there's a urgent deadline to beat. We work closely with photographers to ensure that their exacting needs are realised in the finished images and our photographic roots mean we truly understand lighting, reflections and mood and so make every image count. Our in-house retouchers have a creative eye, design flair and technical brilliance, and as such are becoming increasingly sought-after which puts a smile on my face every day.

Splitting my time between West Sussex and Cornwall, I work all over the globe, delivering stills and video and the consequent retouching and editing services to clients big and small.

At Sims, we are proud to now offer nearly 100 dedicated snappers to our clients, safe in the knowledge that all are tried and tested and all produce sensational results. They have different styles, specialism and budgets but such choice is necessary as every shoot and indeed every client is different. Our role is to make every shoot hassle free and to ensure results are as good as they can possibly be.

There is no end to what we now shoot whether automotive, from the ground or from the air, commercial buildings, boats, portraits, pack shots, food, schools, hotels and sports sponsorship to name just a few.
