I am an artist, somatic physical therapist, creator and teacher at MOVIMENTO ESSENCIAL* currently living in São Paulo, Brazil.
My interests range from psychology, education and spirituality to culture, travel and animals, some of my passions! I am also interested in all arts, specially dance, music, poetry and design.
I believe that consciousness trough movement is a powerful field of self investigation, learning and personal development.
I am convinced that the purpose of life is to be aware and improve ourselves, to communicate better, share knowledge and expand our potential.
