Happy Day, Everyone!

I’m a Communications, Training & MoC Lead.

Officially, my job is to develop curriculum and training to enhance the adoption of change execution principles; manage the change execution body of knowledge; publicize and communicate Change Execution through appropriate media; develop and implement a clear communication strategy for the organization; design, support, coordinate and facilitate internal training and development programs.

As a Communications specialist, I write about how to be a better writer. Which really means I write about being understood. Which really means I write about what I love to do.

I have a boundless aspiration for developing myself and for helping others to grow, I love working with people and I treasure the feeling that my work can expand other people's lives. I love to acquire new info and be challenged and I have faith in lifelong learning and constant development for myself and others.

I have been involved in numerous projects and liaised with different organizations delivering more than 150 hours of training on soft skills and hard skills.

I completed a 3 days Train the Trainers (Atrium Consulting Ltd. UK) in Bucharest and many other courses. My main topics of training delivery are: communication, motivation, conflict management, leadership, group dynamics, creativity, presentation skills and others.

I am impassioned about enabling development for individuals and organizations.
