Operating in 100+ cities in 10 countries, Tier is Europe’s leading provider of micro-mobility with a mission to change mobility for good.

The company is a driving force behind a global change in the transport sector, which aims to significantly reduce car traffic in cities by providing people with a wide range of electric vehicles. TIER Mobility has been a climate-neutral company since January 2020

Products, teams, companies, user value, pretty much anything that is exciting and challenging.

My interests range from transforming organisations from early-stage into scaleable global businesses and embedding a product-led mindset for the purpose of driving incredible consumer value and commercial outcomes.

I am also interested in organisational design and psychology, technology platform infrastructures.
