I am a retired Superior Court Judge. I served as a judge for 26 years.

I was a prosecutor for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office for 8 years before my appointment to the Bench. I successfully prosecuted 26 consecutive murder cases; including the first conviction in the United States of Murder in the 1st Degree where the victim was literally "scared to death."

• As a Criminal Court Judge, I brought about a change in the manner my court selected trial jurors when I held that our selection process was unconstitutional inthat it disqualified Hispanics unproportionally. I presided over the Lockeed Tunnel Blast case that at the time was the longest Municipal Court trial in the U.S. I developed "Curb-Stone Search Warrants" in a major crack-down of Porno establishments in Hollywood. I ruled that the Los Angeles City Attorney and the LAPD had conspired to deprive defendants of potentially favorable evidence when they conspired to destroy over 4 tons of Police Records.

I presided over "Death Penalty" trials in the Superior Court.

I created and developed CT/CM, a case tracking, calendar management software program. I helped in the development of Computer assisted courtreporting systems. I helped develop Evidence Presentation Systems for use in the trial courtroom. When I retired, I was the 5th most senior judge in California out of over 1,700 "active, sitting judges."

Today I live in THE VILLAGES, in central Florida. I am currently active in two businesses: TRAMMELL PUBLISHING and PERSONAL MEDICAL CARDS. Trammell Publishing will published a book I have written entitled "THE JUDGE. . . . TO THE BEAT OF A DIFFERENT DRUMMER" which describes the spiritual transformation I went thru at the beginning of the current century where I went from a "self-centered" life style, to a life style that is "Christ-centered."

Personal Med Cards is a business of producing wallet-size cards that contain all the necessary medical information a person would need when in an emergency situation where they are unable to speak for themselves: including name, address, phone, Date of birth, SS#, contact names and phone #s, Doctors, Major medical conditions, a complete list of medications taken, all allergies, and insurance data.
