Job Star's inception is uniqque in it own particular kind of way. Initially, Gerald had no intention on opening up a staffing company after being in the business for so many years prior to founding Job Star. His initial plan was to however, start a business with a unique approach which would help people who were seeking employment get in front of hiring managers in a very unique way. Unfortunately he fell short of interested investors so he decided that he would get back into the placement business as a way to self-fund his initial project.

To date Gerald has multiple open job opportunnities available for qualified candidates to consider and as for his first initial business idea, he is still seeking investor and wants to enlist business partners to help him develop that portion of business in away that will be able to completely utilize technology, social media and mobile app development.
