Gerald Fahl

Gerald Fahl has almost three decades of leadership experience, including having served as WESTconsin Credit Union’s vice president of marketing and chief experience officer from 1989 to 2018. During this time, Gerald Fahl worked as a member of the senior management team to help grow the company’s assets from three to ten percent annually.

Alongside working with marketing and sales professionals, Mr. Fahl has also led investment advisors and business development professionals, among others. In addition, he coordinated a strategic review process that focused on company growth, profitability, and member service.

Gerald Fahl also oversaw the implementation of a member experience initiative that led to WESTconsin being rated as one of the top financial institutions in the region for its customer service.

Since 2018, he has worked with the Scientific Molding Corporation, where he serves as a thermoplastics molding operator. In the position, he is responsible for creating medical equipment to detailed specifications.

A University of Wisconsin-Stout alumnus, Mr. Fahl graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of science in business administration. When away from work, he enjoys downhill skiing and traveling.
