Gerald Gillis

Atlanta, GA

I am a native Georgian and grew up in the Atlanta suburb of Decatur. I received a BBA from the University of Georgia and an MBA from the University of Tampa.

I became a full-time novelist in 2009. I have authored three novels: Dare Not Blink (Navigator Books, 2012), Shall Never See So Much (Booklocker, 2010), and Bent, But Not Broken (Sandlapper, 1986). The Military Writers Society of America awarded me a Gold Medal for Historical Fiction (2011), Readers Favorite chose me for a Bronze Medal for Historical Fiction (2010).

In addition to my writing, I speak on a range of business-related topics, to include leadership, perseverance, innovation, and business ethics. My latest novel, Dare Not Blink, is in many ways a roadmap for ethical behavior in the workplace.

I am married and the father of three grown children. My wife and I continue to reside in the Atlanta area.
