Geraldine Sanchez

Geraldine began her career as a real estate professional in 2003. At the young age of 17 she worked closely with the President of American First Mortgage. During this time she had the opportunity to learn, not only about the mortgage industry, but also the entrepreneurial environment of a small business with 150 employees. Her passion for Real Estate combined with helping the community led her to take a position as Property Manager in 2006 and an Asset Management position in 2014.

Geraldine currently holds the title: Associate Asset Manager at National Asset Services, Inc. (NAS) in Los Angeles, CA. Geraldine Sanchez brings to NAS a fresh approach and award-winning track record in property management, with experience in leasing, property and asset management. Geraldine’s role at NAS includes: Asset Management, Property Management, Financial Reporting, Budget Analysis, Investor Relations and Promotional Networking in the Commercial Real Estate Community.

Ms. Sanchez has been active in all phases of Property Management for over 8 years. She is a former Senior Property Manager with a real estate investment and property management company focused on the student housing markets at USC, Cal Poly Pomona and UC Berkeley. Prior to student housing, Geraldine was a Property Manager with L’Abri Management, where she focused on Multi-Family Property Management and earned the company’s Excellence Award – Outstanding Achievement in Property Management, Rookie of the Year for 2012. Ms. Sanchez also served as Property Manager for over five years with PK Management, Inc., a Property Management company focused on Multi Family Assets, where she was a two time recipient of that company’s Leasing Agent of the Year Award in 2010 & 2011, respectively.

Ms. Sanchez is a CPM candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management, Greater Los Angeles Chapter. She studied Real Estate Development and Finance at the University of Southern California where she concentrated on commercial real estate. Geraldine is proud to have won recognition for the 2014 USC “Best Development Proposal”.

Geraldine is an active volunteer within the community. She has contributed her time and monetary donations to several organizations in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.
