Over the past decade, Milanese event organizer Geraldine Semeghini has offered effective strategies and leadership skills for special promotions and presentations for Italian and international companies. She specializes in fiscal planning within budget limitations, improving staff morale and communications skills, and building leadership within the staff to improve teamwork. Backing her own managerial techniques with experience in the human resources sector, Ms. Semeghini offers an innovative and efficient approach to team building and problem solving. Fluent in German, English, and French in addition to Italian, she holds a Bachelor’s in Tourism Management from the Università Ca'Foscari Venezia. Geraldine Semeghini first displayed a talent for leadership in 2003 while working for HG3 Italia, SPA, a company that gained prominence as the first phone operator in the world utilizing the 3G universal mobile telecommunications system standard. As a Store Manager of a Venice branch, she oversaw the development of the company store, created a business plan based on economic break-even point analysis, and established a strategy for in-store promotions. In addition, Ms. Semeghini managed human resources, building a strong and successful sales staff. In 2006, Geraldine Semeghini participated in the Rete 4 reality and documentary show Donnavventura (“Women in Adventure”) for five months. As both a contestant and reporter, she travelled to parts of Australia, Papua New Guinea, and New Caledonia, reporting on these exciting locales to the Italian public. Currently, Ms. Semeghini manages her own events coordination firm, Chic Communication, SRL, which provides promotional development, product presentation, team-building workshops, and incentive travel planning. In addition, she provides events planning and hospitality management on a freelance basis, serving national and international clients such as Heineken International.
