Gerald Smith

Gerald J. Smith has been studying Texas probate law since 1985, and providing information about the probate process in Texas. Gerald grew up in Houston, and attended the University of Texas at Austin. From early childhood his interest in law and love of the lone star state was unmistakable.

Gerald is an active philanthropist and participates in numerous charities.

Gerald currently calls Houston home with his wife

and family cat. When Gerald is not at work he can be found riding a bicycle or hiking.
