Gerald Musano

Gerald Musano has served his native New York since the early 1970s through his involvement with the construction industry. He quickly began earning bids for large Wall Street projects and various construction throughout the state. Gerald Musano gained firsthand experience in the real estate business after purchasing two townhomes in Pelham Bay, and soon his business management skills had greatly improved; he soon realized that the most stable area for a rental business in New York City would be the island of Manhattan, specifically the neighborhood of Greenwich Village. His early experience in construction and real estate paid off, as his projects expanded into the Upper East Side.

Jerry Musano currently involves himself in a number of building rehabilitation projects around Staten Island and Manhattan, including buildings on East 95th Street that were in dire need of a major renovation in order to make the neighborhood a more desirable market.
