Gerald Netzky

Currently, practicing attorney and legal professional Gerald Netzky maintains an active role and presence in several professional and community-oriented organizations and associations. Admitted to the Utah State Bar, the State Bar of Wisconsin, and several courts, Gerald Netzky is an active participant in the community of legal professionals. In the realm of charitable service, Gerald Netzky supports a number of philanthropic associations and establishments, including the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, The Polly Klaas Foundation, and his local Lutheran church, where he participates in activities that aid individuals in need.

Today, Gerald Netzky serves JGK Development in Las Vegas, Nevada, as the company’s Senior Corporate Counsel, a position he has filled since his appointment in 2007. In his role at JGK Development, Gerald Netzky reviews a number of documents pertaining to the operations of various internal aspects of the company, including the marketing, financing, and development sectors. Responsible for the facilitation of all contractual elements and the negotiations that pertain to them, he reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer of JGK Development and works in partnership with outside legal counsel when necessary. He has been named Employee of the Month by JGK Development five months in a row.

Prior to working with JGK Development, Gerald Netzky served as Utah Counsel at the Law Offices of Barry Levinson and the law firm of Patti, Sgro & Lewis, both in Las Vegas. At these firms, he gained legal experience handling personal injury, product liability, real estate, and multi-district litigation, among other legal areas. A graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center, he completed his Bachelor of Arts in History at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, where he graduated magna cum laude in addition to a number of other accomplishments.
