I am a materials scientist, engineer and technology manager. I am currently part of a team working on commercializing self-healing technology developed at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The technology will give coatings, adhesives and composite materials the ability to heal or repair themselves when they are damaged. I have authored or co-authored over 25 peer-reviewed articles, conference proceedings and invited lectures on self-healing materials. My professional interests include technology management, technology transfer, management strategy, innovation management, professional development education and entrepreneurship.
