Geralyn O’Rourke

Hi, I’m Geralyn. I’m a wife and mom of 2 beautiful young daughters. I am a physical therapist by profession, but have a love and passion for health and nutrition. I believe in the importance of taking care of myself for me, but also so that I can live a long and healthy life and be there for my family. I also love cooking, photography and anything to do with the ocean.
