Worked briefly in a bank--left bank--went into nursing (19 years experience) Speciality-- nursing the spinally injured. Father died when I was 10. Took early retirement from nursing on ill health grounds at 41. Doing voluntary work and campaigning in mental health ever since. Roman Catholic. Divorced. No children.
