Why do I work?

My ambition is to achieve social change through sport. For this resaon I founded AFADIN, a non-profit organisation that aims to empower individuals and communites through adapted physical activity and sport.

I am currently UFIT coordinator at the UNESCO Chair Tralee (Ireland). UFIT is part of a social movement for change to make communities more inclusive.

What have I done so far?

I developed, validated and activated the Universal Transformational Management Framework (UTMF), a management tool designed for 'inclusivizing' the fitness sector.

I hold a Masters by Research and two graduate bachelors in Sport Sciences and Psychology.
