Gerard de la Peña

Gerard is a Manila-based business and general assignments correspondent at TV5, where he appears at the network's newscasts namely Aksyon, Aksyon sa Umaga, Aksyon sa Tanghali and Aksyon Tonite. Aside from his duties as a reporter, he also hosts a weekly radio show on 92.3 NewsFM. He has also appeared in current affairs programs such as Dokumentado, Journo and Kalibre 41. He has also worked in the print media, having covered banks, financial institutions, fixed-income and foreign exchange markets and the Presidential Palace at BusinessWorld.

Prior to his stint in media, Gerard has also worked as a theatre artist both on and off the stage.
