Gerard LoSardo

I am a certified public accountant and the owner of Gerard LoSardo & Associates. My work focuses on individual tax matters shaped by how people live and work today, including expatriate taxation, inbound foreign nationals, and multi-state work and travel issues. I also work with complex compensation arrangements such as equity awards and multi-year bonus structures.

I began my career in audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where I learned how businesses operate from the inside. In 2013, I moved into tax at KPMG, where I spent ten years in a global tax practice. During that time, I advised individuals and employers on cross-border work, payroll reporting, and global mobility programs. I served as a Senior Manager during my final three years, helping clients navigate layered tax issues that develop over time.

I have been licensed as a CPA since 2013 and am an active member of the New York State Society of CPAs and the AICPA. I am based in Absecon, New Jersey, and am a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, sports, cooking, and crafting cocktails. I value preparation, clarity, and consistency in both my professional work and everyday life.
