Gerardo Calderón is a Chemical Engineer, Project Manager, and entrepreneur based in Costa Rica. With over 10 years of experience leading complex projects in energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure, he specializes in transforming strategy into execution through strong project governance, process optimization, and operational improvement.

He has led multidisciplinary teams, managed multimillion-dollar CAPEX portfolios, and implemented international management systems across public and private organizations.

Gerardo is also the founder of Sinexus Legal & Projects, a consulting firm focused on project management, regulatory compliance, and operational strategy.
