Gerardo Garcia

Gerardo Garcia is the most recent addition to The Apostal Group at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and he brings a distinct background to the real estate profession. A Chicago native and current resident of the South Loop, in 2014 Gerardo became a licensed real estate broker and member of the Chicago and National Association of Realtors. Most recently he obtained his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and worked for over 5 years at Geraci Law, L.L.C., one of the most prominent bankruptcy law firms in the Midwest, where he gained a wealth of experience in customer service.

In 2001, Gerardo transformed his love of music and dance into a small side business planning and coordinating events. Through this endeavour he's become intimately familiar with communities and neighborhoods across the Chicagoland area. This small business later flourished into a partnership, further expanding his managing and marketing skills. Gerardo is now prepared to take what he has learned and apply it to the exciting field of real estate. Throughout his careers, Gerardo remains dedicated to serving the best interests of his clients while being an active member of the community and donating to various charities.
