Gerardo Romo

I am a Chilean living in New York for the past 16 years. I am passionate about telling human stories, using new technologies, and journalism. From the beginning of my career I have sought out new tools to tell stories and I have had the opportunity to learn and grow in my field over the past 20 years. Most recently, I have spent the past 10 years focused on community journalism in New York City. I currently live in Harlem in New York City with my wife and two children. Former El Diario Nueva York, Univision and currently I am Video and multimedia producer for New York City Council.
