Gerard Sylvester

I work as Knowledge and Information Management Officer at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.

I am currently working on my PhD on Knowledge Management, I have a Masters degree in Information Technology and a degree in Cyber Laws and Intellectual Property Rights. I am also a certified ethical hacker. I have worked with two CGIAR centers IRRI and ICRISAT. While at ICRISAT I have been involved in ICT projects in Afghanistan, Africa and India.
