He’s not just some guy with a mic. He brings a whole show, lights action and camera. He’ll completely take over your venue for 60 minutes upto 2 hours, and involves everyone in some way.
Only on stage volunteers are hypnotised, but the audience helps out with spontaneous suggestions for gags and stunts.
Sometimes the audience even provides the “backing music”.
Then again, Gerard V has been known to conduct large parts of the show in total silence, that is something to see.
