Proud alumni of The University of Georgia #GradyGradRecent;y obtained a Bachelor of Arts (A.B.J.) degree in Journalism from the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communications, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from the School of Public and International Affairs.You can usually find my iPhone in my hand and my eyes glued to Twitter. I'm always eager to write about anything that catches my eye, but my areas of expertise include travel news and lifestyle. Social media is a big part of my daily routine. As such, I couldn't be more excited to start my new position as the Client Success Rep (CSR) for StyleBlueprint Louisville in August.Currently, I am a freelance writer for Paste Magazine's Travel section. Formerly, I was a staff reporter for The Red & Black, UGA's independent student newspaper in Athens.My passion for journalism developed early on, when I would watch the news with my parents before leaving for school in the mornings. My first taste of journalism came to me as a junior in high school when I served on the yearbook staff. We attended a journalism conference and convention in Kansas City, Mo., that summer and that's where I knew telling stories is what I wanted to do as a career.
