Gerhart Walch

With almost 10 years’ experience in real estate development and the construction industry, Gerhart Walch is currently the manager of business development at Ledcor Construction Hawaii, LLC, a position he has held since 2013. A graduate of the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, he received a degree in advanced development management in real estate. Gerhart Walch continues to study sustainable urban development and is interested in the Living Building Challenge, which only certifies buildings that meet rigorous design, building, and operational standards.

Mr. Walch is also involved in Freemasonry, serving as both the ambassador of the General Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons International and the grand secretary of Hawaii’s Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masonry. Recently, Gerhart Walch made a presentation on the history of Masonry in Hawaii from 1943 to today at the 40th annual convocation of the Supreme Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Austria. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, hiking, martial arts, and running marathons.
