I believe in the power of words. When communicated thoughtfully, purposefully, and strategically, words can evoke emotions, inspire action, and change minds.

I believe in the power of good planning. Good programs and plans come from a holistic understanding of an organization and its objectives, a genuine empathy for various audiences’ points of view, and the courage to try different or unexpected methods of conveying information.

And when there is no time for planning, I believe in the power of good judgment, good relationships, good core skill and good deep breaths.
