As an Advanced Systems Engineer for over 20 years, I have led numerous technical and organizational teams across the complex boundaries of corporation, culture and country. Recently I was nominated and then short-listed for the 2015 Innovation & Excellence award, a global award presented by Corporate Livewire for innovation, best practice and leadership. In my soon to be released book, “The Secrets of Innovation Success” I talk about why real innovation is desperately needed and offer invaluable advice on how to make a difference in this world by believing in your insights and taking the bold steps needed to turn ideas into reality.
