Ger Koole

I am a professor in queueing theory and optimization in Amsterdam. Next to that I co-founded the call center WFM company CCmath and the internet ad optimization company Adscience. I am specialized in call center optimization, health care logistics, revenue management and internet ad optimization. I do research on these subjects and teach to students Business Analytics and call center and health care professionals. Recently I published a book on call center WFM and a Dutch book on health care operations management.

My free time I spend in the Alps as much as possible. I am a ski touring instructor at the French Alpine Club and an alpine instructor at the Dutch Mountaineering Club.
