Before his pivotal role at Centennial Law Group LLP, Girolamo "Gerry" Falletta began his legal career as a partner and paralegal at Affirm Paralegal Services. His early professional experiences, including a foundational role at Simpson Wigle Law LLP, were instrumental in developing his comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape, particularly in personal injury law.

Family is a cornerstone of Falletta's life. He is a devoted father and also cares for his elderly mother, who has Parkinson’s disease. His father's passing in 2019 was a significant personal loss. His strong ties to his Italian heritage and his involvement in the local community are reflected in his volunteer work with the Hamilton Italian Canadian community and his support for local sports clubs.

Gerry also extends his commitment to community service through his support of the Lawyers Feed the Hungry program, facilitated by the Law Society Foundation, which combines his passion for legal advocacy with community aid.

An enthusiastic sportsman, Gerry Falletta has enjoyed soccer from a young age and continues to engage in sports like golf, tennis, and basketball. He emphasizes the importance of sports as a means to teach discipline, teamwork, and resilience—values he instills in his children, who are also active in competitive sports.
