Dyan Gershman

Dyan Gershman is the founder of Gershman Law, PLLC. In serving her clients, Ms. Gershman draws on over 25 years of experience handling mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions for both large and small U.S and international companies.

Dyan Gershman started her legal career at the New York office of the internationally renowned global law firm Jones Day. During her nine years at Jones Day, Dyan Gershman represented large and mid-sized U.S. and international businesses in a wide variety of corporate transactions as a member of the firm’s Corporate Practices Group.

Following her time at Jones Day, Ms. Gershman was an executive-level corporate lawyer at both Bristol-Myers Squibb's global headquarters in New York City, and at General Electric's global headquarters in Fairfield, Connecticut, where she led many complex U.S. and international mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions ranging from small and mid-sized deals to multi-billion dollar acquisitions.

Ms. Gershman graduated cum laude from Boston College Law School, where she was an Executive Editor of the Boston College Law Review. She is a member of the New York State Bar and the Florida Bar. She is also a member of a number of related organizations, including the New York City Bar Association and the New York Women’s Bar Association.
