Gesner Filoso is a seasoned Marketing & Strategy professional with more than 11 years of experience managing programs and teams across multiple geographies, including Europe, Americas and Asia.

Earlier in his tenure with Sitel, he supported the design and implementation of Brazil’s and Latin America Marketing organization in 2007 and the Southern EMEA marketing structure in 2008. In the role his responsibilities included branding, demand generation, strategic events and communications. Achieving regular and significant results since then, he was relocated to Europe and promoted to the Global Product Marketing Director position in 2011. Most recently as Global Leader of Brand and Marketing Communication, Gesner played a key role on the design and implementation of global brand & product marketing platforms and corporate communications. Gesner helped guide Sitel in the creation of the company’s first-ever global positioning and brand identity system. Since February 2016, he’s been serving as Global Head of Product Marketing and Business Intelligence

He earned a Bachelor of Design in communications and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration by IBMEC Business School in Sao Paulo. He was born and raised in Brazil, and currently resides in Madrid, Spain. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, his native language.
