53 years old. Former hell raiser turned good guy 8-10 years ago. My weight has been doing the yo-yo routine most of my adult life, especially during 1 of my 3 failed marriages. I am currently with wife #4 who has brought me back from a very dark & frightening part of myself. I am in the mood to shed the excess pounds & inches to comliment this new me! Optimism all the way!!!
