Wendy was a 1992 Olympic Gymnast where she and her team won a bronze medal. Today Wendy is a Mental Toughness Coach and trains athetes to perform with confidence. She is a mother, wife, and coach. Her life experiences from training for the Olympics, being a mother for 16 years, and coaching for the past 25 years has taught her many lessons and she currently teaches those lessons to parents, athletes, and other coaches.
