CCIM is a native Arizonan who has worked in the real estate field since 2007 and brokerage since 2009. He specializes in investment residential and multifamily properties - helping buyers to acquire real estate and lead sellers through the successful closing of their investment properties in the Greater Phoenix Area. He is experienced in both site and financial analysis and has worked with both investors and corporate executives in consulting roles for real estate acquisitions and dispositions.

While completing his undergrad in Global Business – Finance at Arizona State University, Patrick was employed with U-Haul International where he worked closely with the real estate team. He provided site and financial analysis to senior corporate executives for projects valued at $100K to $150MM.
