Jennifer Lewis

Hey there. My name is Jennifer Lewis, but I go by Jen. I am pleased to meet you. I am a wife and mother of two beautiful girls. I value spending time in nature and experiencing all the beauty that God created and provided. It is so much fun to get my family outdoors and hike the mountains during the spring or ski them during the winter. Rafting down a river in the summer or camping beside it in the fall. I currently reside in Idaho and have some amazing mountains and rivers around me but I traveled the world a bit and experienced amazing opportunities that I love sharing.

I did not always value the natural beauty and was shut in just looking at the four walls around me. I was trapped in the “modern” world where people would tell me what was best and I blindly listened because they were in a position of authority. I was missing a lot, but one day I woke up and had a tiny aha moment. Not one of those really awesome ones where my world was completely changed immediately, but a little one where I got a glimpse of something better and had to dig in and research how to get me and my family there.

That day came when I was in immense pain and the doctors had seemingly given me every drug under the sun to treat my symptoms, but never took the time to try and figure out why I hurt all the time. Well, I had a dear friend share with me the truth that our bodies are created by God and that we could rely on His creation to help bring our bodies back into balance and get the help that we needed. I started researching and experimenting and found that it was true. I learned a lot and made choices to move towards a more natural lifestyle.

All of these things led me to come up with a way to help others. I was pondering how to help others make a similar journey towards whole body wellness and the words Safe, Affordable, Natural, Effective came to mind. I knew that you and I want something that is safe for our families. It has to be affordable or else we can’t use it. If possible, we would prefer the natural solution that works with our body rather than against it. Finally, it has to be effective or why are we using it all. It was not until weeks later that I realized that Safe, Affordable, Natural, Effective make the awesome acronym SANE! So SANE now has two meanings. The first is of sound mind which is what everyone who chooses safe, affordable, natural, and effective products is demonstrating. I love it and now have a mission to share SANE with others.
