We run a thorough compliance check of your project, suggest optimum upgrades to meet compliance and generate a certified Title 24 report for your project. We have been in business since 2015 and have successfully delivered Title 24 consulting services on projects all across California. Over the years we have built some wonderful relationships and continue to be the Title 24 consultant of choice for leading Architects, Designers, Engineers, Builders and Contractors in California. We offer Title 24 services at a cost effective and all inclusive pricing of $250 for most residential projects and $350 for most commercial projects. The pricing includes a thorough compliance check, optimum upgrade recommendations, revisions and registration of the report. Our final Title 24 reports are sent over email as 8x11 as well as 24x36 (Arch D) or 30x42 (Arch E1) sized PDFs, which makes them ready for printing onto plan sized sheets. If the building department reverts with any comments or corrections, we address them in 2 to 3 working days, without any additional fees. Only revisions due to design changes which occur after the registration of the report are charged a small revision fee. Our Title 24 reports are registered with a HERS registry, carry a HERS registration number and watermark. They are all ready for submission to the city.
