To teach is to do more than merely transmit knowledge. My philosophy as an educator is to teach the whole child. Before children become confident learners, it is important that they are taught to respect themselves and appreciate the various cultures and values of their peers. It is my mission to engage students in their own learning and help them to achieve their fullest potential by developing positive home, school, and community partnerships.
