Born in the Philippines but raised in San Diego, this professionally trained Classical, Jazz and R&B vocalist calls Los Angeles home. GG Smith, like several great singers before her, began singing in the church choir at 13. This former high school drill team co-captain also has a strong background in dance and competitive sports that all began at the tender age of 7. GG Smith, a proud Filipino (Spanish and Hungarian), dances ballet, hula (Polynesian) and Tahitian. As a professional she toured with the Polynesian Paradise Dancers as well as performed for several private/special events for the two years that followed. In her ladder teenage and young adult years, GG Smith became a professional belly and go-go dancer but as a hobby, picked up Hip Hop and pole dancing which she now has several years under her belt respectively.

As if singing and dancing wasn’t enough for the young vocalist, GG Smith took a passionate interest in ice skating. This interest led to ten years of figure skating, eight of which were competitive. Still barely legal, she never stopped singing and dreaming of the day her music would be sang and enjoyed by the masses. She’s been a member of a few short lived groups but none stayed together long enough to make an impact or impression, so she decided to give it a go as a solo artist. GG Smith enjoys Pop, Hip Hop, Jazz, R&B, Latin, Dance, Electro, House and World music which she incorporates into her own recordings.

Energetic, easy-breezy, outgoing, fun spirited, adventurous and real are a few words to describe this former eye candy model who has graced the pages of Maxim Magazine as well as MTV’s hit series True Life, on an episode titled “I’m A Sugar Baby.” GG Smith has enjoyed a full life, in a short period of time that has garnered her exposure in the world of dance, figure skating, print modeling and reality television on an international level.

For some, this would be enough, but for GG Smith it is only the tip of the iceberg and training ground for what's to come. Keep your eyes and ears open because she will not stop until her presence in music and entertainment is known, loved and respected on a global scale. It won't be long before the world sings and dances along.
