I am a fresh Management graduate from Universitas Indonesia with a passion for Human Resources, currently living in Jakarta. I have gained valuable experience through internships at Bank Mandiri, Astra International, BTN, and the Ministry of Finance, where I designed organization structures, developed training programs, and streamlined HR processes. I am particularly interested in employee engagement and talent development, and I love exploring innovative ways to improve workplace culture.
