Ghazaleh Kalantari

Ghazaleh is currently living in Vancouver. Her mother is Russian and her father is Persian, she was born in Tehran, grew up in Turkey and moved to Vancouver at a young age. This journey of her life made her deeply believes when you live in another country, you can open your eyes to the beliefs and values of other cultures therefore you can be a stronger person inside and help people from other cultures by understanding them better.

She believes that every individual who are experiencing the same trauma should be empowered and feel safe .Now she is a volunteer at The Social Enterprise of Battered Woman’s Support Services in Vancouver. BWSS is an organization that provides support for women who have experienced abuse. She believes by empowering other women she can serve to her country and embrace her inner beauty. By becoming a finalist at Miss Canada Globe she believes she can inspire other young girls to speak up and achieve their goals.

Volunteering at this organization makes her feel that as human she has two commitments. One of them is herself to become better person and the other one is her responsibility to her society. By dedicating her time and energy to this volunteer job she embraces her inner beauty as well as she serves to the community and tries to make the world a better place to live.

Ghazaleh also, stared in a video art by an Iranian artist which was screened at the charity event on February 2018 at Centennial Theater in North Vancouver for fundraising for the earthquake in Iran. The event had more than 600 audience and participants.

Recently she became the face of the ENVII BEAUTY organic cosmetic line in Vancouver. The reason she decided to collaborate with this brand is because they are environment friendly and they help to collect plastic bottles from Canada oceans.

She fluently speaks three languages. She enjoys dancing, travelling, and hiking. She plays volleyball and she has 5 medals. She is a part time actress/model.
