After many years of research, I discovered many tricks and techniques that everybody can use to regain a youthful appearance. Some of them involve getting rid of the dreaded eye bags that plague so many which I am going to show you now.

The 6 Step Procedure for removing eye bags

1) The first thing you need to do is rest well. Yes, I know you think this is too easy, but is the truth. Getting a good night sleep (and by that I mean 8 hours or more of uninterrupted sleep) is the first step to be eye bag free. Make sure to make it a habit.

2) As you sleep, keep your head slightly higher than the rest of your body (one or two pillows will do the trick). That will keep the fluids of your body from accumulating under your eyes.

3) Wash your face with cold water in the morning and follow up with some exercise to remove liquids from the facial area.

4) Eat less salt to reduce water retention in the body. You should also avoid coffee, alcohol, refined sugar, and fried food.

5) Certain fruits and vegetables can help you avoid the eye bags by getting rid of the excess fluids in the body, while keeping you hydrated. They are the pineapple, watermelon, tomatoes, lettuce, oranges, and Brussels sprouts.

6) Chamomile is excellent for keeping your eyes from getting puffy. Get two cold tea bags and place them under your eyes for 10 minutes to increase the blood in the area.
