I am a passionate food expert with a solid experience in developing and implementing sustainability, health and wellness strategies in a wide range of food industries and services. From mineral water and dairies to palm oil and biscuits, my goal is to reconcile science and nutrition with the pleasure of eating, through holistic approaches encompassing education, research, communication and operations.
