GhostExodus is a former black hat computer hacker and insider threat actor. He was also the leader of the international hacktivist group known as the Electronik Tribulation Army.

He served an aggressive sentence of 12 years in federal prison as the first person in recent U.S. history for corrupting industrial control systems and for attempting to flee the country, which caused him to become a fugitive.

He is a prison reform activist, and opposes solitary confinement, after being confined to a cell and tortured for 13 months.

He grew up in Oceanside California as a musical prodigy and local celebrity. He went on national tours as a classical concert pianist with big dreams of a scholarship to Juilliard.

Nowadays GhostExodus is a freelance writer for a variety of online magazines and enjoys telling his readership of his past exploits in an effort to help educate them in prevention.

His fighting spirit and ability to overcome insurmountable challenges have been an inspiration to the newer generation of hackers and activists.
