Gia Greene

Gia Greene is a 20-year-old musician and student at Berklee College of Music majoring in music education with a concentration in jazz voice. A classically trained singer, she studied voice with Barbara Winchester at the New England Conservatory of Music and was a member of Boston's Handel and Haydn Society's Young Women's Choir. Gia has performed in the Massachusetts Northeastern District Choir from 2008-2011, and she performed with the Massachusetts All-State Choir from 2009-2011. During the school year, Gia serves as assistant conductor of the Medford High School chorus. In addition to singing, Gia plays guitar, bass guitar, and piano. She was the lead singer and bassist of the band Midnight Blonde, as well as lead vocalist for The Ferrets. In 2007, Gia completed a solo CD entitled 'Luna', and in 2011 released her CD ‘Scattered Melodies’. She is currently working on an untitled solo project. Gia teaches guitar and voice in the Greater Boston area and can often be seen performing in local venues.
