For the last 10 years, I found myself energized by immersing myself in the world of business analytics, working with various teams within organizations to impact decision making through data & advanced analytics. It's my mission to bring the business owners and technical groups together, working synergistically. I found this to be the key to success of any projects, particularly ones that involve analytics. In leadership, I'm a hands-on leader at heart, having the ability to pick-up and utilize any tool or language, with track-record of mentoring and inspiring team members. At the same time, I enjoy a dynamic team environment and believe in the proverb “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together”, using this as the key principle in balancing between agile & major project development.
